This could be used as a follow on from an occupational health assessment, or as a stand-alone intervention. An assessment of the employees level of functioning, and the work situation would be completed. A rehabilitation plan would then be provided and I would liaise with all key stakeholders, which could include the employee, the manager, HR, other OH professionals and the GP. My aim would then be to support the employee back to work in a safe and sustainable manner. A case closure summary would then be provided.
